First Consultation / Deposit = $40
This home visit is approximately one hour and allows us to get acquainted, be introduced to your pet and discuss a care plan. If you decide to book services, this fee acts as a deposit which is deducted from the total cost of the first overnight stay and locks-in your travel dates.
Fast Friends 'Golden Promise' Guarantee: If either one of us (or your pet) is uncomfortable and you choose not to book, there is NO charge for the consultation. Establishing a rapport with clients, their pets and the caregiver is important as well as comfort when it comes to home security. If you're not comfortable booking with me, you don't pay for the consultation!
PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM.
FAST FRIENDS RATES:
New Client / First Consultation = $40. Applied to first visit as deposit if you book service.
Golden promise: If we're not a good fit and you decide not to book, you don't pay for this first visit.
This fee simply insures that I am fielding serious inquiries to hire 35 years of mature experience.
Once you book, you never pay this fee again.

🐶Overnight (24 hour) rate for canines = $40 a day base rate🐕
Additional charge for multiple dogs: $10 per additional dog.

Expanding farm care and extended stay service!
$50 a day base rate for farm care, up to 14 days.
After two weeks, the monthly rate of $700 applies.
Pet sit base rate is $40 a day, up to 14 days.
After two weeks, the monthly rate of $560 applies.
HUGE savings the longer your travel dates!
So if you travel 15 days, 20 days, or up to 31 days, you only pay the two week rate.
If you plan to travel more than 31 days or for several months, please text or email me directly!
I have done this many times for international clients and traveling professors.
At this time, extended stay services are offered in Indiana ONLY.

Don't have pets but need someone to hold down the fort, fetch mail, packages, and water plants?
House sitting per diem = $20**

SERVICES: ALL fees cover 24/7 pet care, **mail retrieval, indoor/outdoor light rotation, plant care, message service (if required), and light housekeeping. Errands can be negotiated before travel dates. Please insure your pet has the necessary food and/or medication required before you travel.
Each furry member of your family gets my undivided attention, playtime and any extras you would like them to have. Trips to your trusted bark parks and pre-scheduled grooming appointments, too. I add a few personal touches, like complimentary photos and text updates of your pet while you're away.
I have cared for pets with special needs, post-op healing, medicinal schedules and strict diets. Over the last 35 years, clients and their pets have become extended family. I am happy to provide references upon request. Feel free to read my fast friend testimonials!

CANCELLATION POLICY
When any client books service and needs to cancel, a $80 cancellation fee is charged via invoice. This is the two night minimum charge. I would apply this fee as a deposit for your next or first booking but this fee it is non-refundable. I send a cancellation invoice within 24 hours of notification and use PayPal invoicing for this fee. This makes it easier to apply this as a credit toward your next booking.
I serve multiple clients and cancellations can hinder my availability to others at peak times. Weather and other emergencies do happen, so I'm happy to discuss rescheduling if you simply need to postpone for a few days. Just reach out when plans change! I try to be flexible and may socialize dogs from two clients if bookings overlap. This is rare and only happens with express permission from my clients.
*I never attempt to socialize kitties. That's a no-brainer*

I'm willing to meet large, friendly dogs to see if your pet simply needs more human contact. Sometimes separation anxiety occurs due to hectic work/travel schedules, family changes [new humans or pets], and if you have recently moved. I'm open to meet with any pet owner that feels boarding isn't an option. Remember the consultation is waived if any of us (especially your pet) is uncomfortable.
I cannot recall meeting any pet I didn't get along with ~ hence 'Fast Friends'!
